Vintage 14k Gold Garnet Brooch
Vintage Garnet brooch with faceted Garnets.
24 Garnets in the external row, 12 in the inner row and 12 again framing the central stone, for a total of 49 Garnets including the central one.
The Garnets are all prong set except the central one which is bezel set with a milgrain border.
Details:
This piece is vintage, exact era is not known. It fastens by means of a trombone clasp.
It is stamped "585", which stands for 14k solid gold, plus a maker mark on the pin.
Condition:
The brooch is in excellent condition, I don't see any wear. The garnets are all secure and chip free.
The clasp shuts securely.
Measurements:
