Victorian 1884 Silver, Rose, Green Gold Birmingham Locket

Beautiful oval locket in silver, rose & green gold from the late 19th century.

The front of the locket is engraved with a decorative pattern and on top rose and green gold elements are added which give more dimensions and colors to the locket. Two buttercup flowers are positioned at the center with green leaves and red petals, framed with two rose gold oblique pieces.
The back of the locket is plain aside from the maker marks and hallmarks.

The locket dates from 1884 and is in remarkable condition for its age.

Details:
The locket has multiple stamps, inside and outside. The lion passant, UK hallmark for sterling silver. The anchor of Birmingham Assay and the k year letter of 1884. 
It opens from the right side, and shuts tightly. It is in very good condition given its age, the engravings are crisp. A number of dents at the back, please see photos. Inside one of the 2 original ring is present.
