Art Nouveau French Gold Plated Locket with Flowers in Repoussé

Beautiful French Art Nouveau Locket with Repoussé ornament.

The locket features two flowers with their stem in repoussé on both sides, in a typical Art Nouveau style.

The background has a yellow gold matte finish. The repoussé details have patina to them and look more rose gold as a result, which is very pretty.

Such lockets are hard to find in good condition, this one is dent-free and closes well, which makes it a lovely antique collector item.

Details:

The pendant is stamped with the French hallmark for 18k gold plating at the top loop, please see zoomed-in picture.

Condition:

It is in very good antique condition, with patina to the repoussé details, gentle surface wear and scratches. Inside the two original photo frames with their plastic covers are present. The locket closes tightly.

It does not come with a chain.
