Edwardian 14k Gold Bracelet with a Round Garnet - 14g

Details:

The bracelet is stamped at the clasp with the owl French hallmark: it is the hallmark for 18k gold for items of unknown origin.

The seller I bought it from mentioned it acids test for 14k and not 18k, despite the hallmark. To confirm, I had it X-ray tested at my goldsmith, and indeed, it is 14k gold. On the last picture is shown the result of the X-ray analysis: it contains 57% of gold. As the bracelet weights 14g, this represents 8g of pure gold.

Condition: 

The bracelet is in excellent Antique condition, with no flaw to note. It shuts tightly.
