Mid-century Raphael Cherub Pendant
Cute mid-century French cherub pendant.
The dreaming cherub, or putto, is a detail of the Renaissance masterpiece painted by Raphael in the Sistine Madonna around 1512.
At the back the initials "AR" are hand-engraved, together with the date 8-10-49 for October 8, 1949.
Details:
The pendant is not stamped and made of a gold plated metal.
Condition:
The pendant is in excellent vintage condition, with gentle surface wear and scratches.
It does not come with a chain.
Measurements:
