Art Deco 14k Gold Guilloche Locket - 7g
Beautiful Art Deco 14k gold locket.
The locket features a Guilloché pattern on both sides: such intricate pattern is made via engine turning.
The technique of Guilloché was popular in the Victorian era up to the early 20th century and was used in particular for the Fabergé Eggs engravings.
Details:
The locket dates from the 1920s, Art Deco era. It has no stamp and got X-ray tested. The chemical analysis of the alloy reveals that it contains:
-56% gold
-25% Copper
-19% Silver

It shuts tightly with a snap. It is in very good antique condition, with couple of minor dents visible in the photos, please inspect them. Inside the two original rings are present.
The locket does not come with a chain.
